PROJECT TARPON
Project Tarpon was a large project in Dayton Beach,
Florida consisting of a 3.4 million square foot fulfillment
center, a 220,000 square foot mezzanine, and a 50,000
square foot office space. The onsite team installed (4)
4000A services to power 5 stories, 3 of which are
dedicated for robotic fulfillment, conveyors, and slides.
This location was remote resulting in limited resources as
it withstood two hurricanes causing many changes to the
project plans. Yet this team’s GRIT was strong! Craft
leadership did an exemplary job keeping morale up and
getting the project back on track.
