A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Greetings Gaylor Nation!

I am excited to share with you this Q1 issue of The Conduit. Each of you who receive this emagazine is important to the Gaylor Electric story.
There are quite a few topics handled here, including a summary of our record setting year of
2024! I am so very proud of what our Gaylor Electric teams across the country were able to
accomplish. Our eight core values were on full display at every project and in every
department in the lives of our employees.
One highlight that I want to point out was a very unique gathering on February 6…a 20+ Year
of Service Reception. What a great night to celebrate the men and women who have made
Gaylor Electric their career destination! Twenty years is quite a period time…especially
staying with the same construction company.
At our January All-Company meeting we released our 2025 1-page Business Plan, providing a
copy for every employee. To me the plan has an overall theme of
