Coaching for Improvement
COACH focuses on guiding employees through life and work challenges.
Continuous coaching helps employees get back on track and stay on
track, promoting personal growth and a culture of continuous
improvement.
Last year, we introduced this approach in our frontline supervision
jobsite training. The CARE CONNECT COACH model has proven
effective in creating a supportive and high-performing workplace
culture.
