2025 Q3 Conduit - Flipbook - Page 3

FROM OUR CEO
Dear Gaylor Nation,
What an extraordinary year we are having! Though extraordinary, it is not surprising. I am so proud of
our teams for the work they have put into developing themselves to handle the increase we are
experiencing. With each new challenge we have been able to turn it into an opportunity to prove who
we are…the highest performing national contractor of excellence!
For me personally, a major highlight of the past quarter was our 4th annual Gaylor GRIT Day held on
Wednesday, August 20. At all our projects and offices, celebration lunches [or breakfast] were held
with our folks gathering for special educational and safety presentations plus games and discussions.
We didn’t invent the term, but we sure do live it!
This issue of the Conduit provides company highlights including our largest Summer Intern class (over
190 students), industry award winning projects, summer company picnics at all locations plus some of
the large projects, and much more.
There is also recognition of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) 75th Anniversary celebration held
in Washington D.C. As always, we do not have enough room to mention all the wonderful things going
on in Gaylor Electric.
When most people look back on Q3 the extreme weather conditions could easily be what they
remember. I am proud of how our professionals managed to keep our folks safe and productive which
translates into projects staying on schedule and happy clients.
As you read this issue, please know that your involvement in our Gaylor Electric story is greatly
appreciated. We have been blessed for over 40 years with leading-edge clients, likeminded vendors,
and quality subcontractors. When you add in our industry-best employees it is easy to see why this
Gaylor experiment is so exciting and fulfilling.
God bless you, stay safe, and take care of each other.
Chuck Goodrich, CEO
